Zach Sawtelle

Partner & Chief Operating Officer, Compass Group Management LLC

Zach is Partner, COO and a member of the Investment Committee.

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Investment Team, evaluating all investment opportunities, and strategic oversight of CODI’s subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Compass in 2009, Zach was in the Investment Banking Division of Citi.

Zach is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Investment Committee Member:

As a member of the Investment Committee, Zach is responsible for evaluating all investment opportunities.

Cybersecurity Committee Member:

As a member of the Cybersecurity Committee, Zach is responsible for driving our commitment to uphold the security and integrity of our systems, networks, databases, and applications, working to protect our stakeholders’ data and our company’s resilience.

ESG Committee Member:

As a member of the ESG Committee, Zach is responsible for driving the Company’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and sustainability as relevant to the Company.
