CODI Team

Rachel is a member of the Investment Team.

As Principal, Rachel is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and working with CODI’s subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Compass in 2022, Rachel served on the investment teams at Accord Capital and Stella Point Capital in San Diego and New York, respectively, and within Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Division as a member of the Technology, Media, & Telecom Coverage Group in New York. Rachel is a graduate of Amherst College.
