CODI Team

Vlad is the Director of Business Automation. 

In this role, Vlad leads the development and execution of comprehensive automation strategies, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiencies across CODI and its portfolio companies. He works closely with leadership teams to identify high-impact opportunities, enhance decision-making through data-driven insights, and ensure that automated solutions align with the organization’s strategic objectives. 

Prior to joining CODI, Vlad held leadership positions at Activision Publishing, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Colliers International, where he led cross-functional teams, implemented enterprise-wide business systems, and optimized data-driven processes to inform product strategies and improve financial performance. 

Vlad is currently an Executive MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson.
