Zoe is Vice President and Head of ESG

In this role, Zoe is responsible for the firm’s ESG strategy and works closely with the portfolio companies to integrate the firm’s environmental, social and governance outcomes across the business. 

Prior to joining CODI in 2021, Zoe was in the Global Sustainability Team at Lendlease Group and held various roles across Australia and the UK.

Zoe is a graduate of the University of Western Sydney, and the Institute of Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge.

ESG Committee:

As a member of the ESG committee Zoe is responsible for driving the Company’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and sustainability as relevant to the Company.
