Payton is a member of the Investment Team at the firm’s East Coast office.

As Associate, Payton is responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining CODI in 2022, Payton was in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays where he was a member of the Global Technology Group in New York.

Payton is a graduate of Cornell University.
