Pat is COO, Partner and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

As COO, Pat is responsible for the financial and strategic oversight of the firm’s portfolio companies. In this role, he manages both the West and East Coast Investment Teams. As a member of the Investment Committee, Pat is responsible for evaluating all the firm’s investment opportunities.

Prior to joining CODI in 2005, Pat was with Bain & Company and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.

Pat is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Columbia Business School.

ESG Committee:

As a member of the ESG committee Pat is responsible for driving the Company’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and sustainability as relevant to the Company.
