As Manager in Internal Audit, Nicolette is responsible for process improvements and strengthening operational and financial internal controls.

Prior to joining CODI in 2017, Nicolette was with El Paso Energy, Lyondell-Basell, Sirius Solutions, and RGP.

Nicolette is a graduate of the University of Houston.
