As Senior Director of Internal Audit & IT, Nadia is responsible for coordination and execution of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and for other internal audit projects pertaining to financial, IT & operational processes. She also supervises a team of internal auditors and consultants. 

Prior to joining CODI in 2009, Nadia was with Weiser LLP; CACI International; Cherry, Bekaert & Holland.

Nadia is a graduate of George Mason University.
