As Senior Vice President of Taxes, Jim is responsible for overseeing all tax functions and activities for the portfolio companies as well as for CODI.

Prior to joining CODI in 2006, Jim was with Star Gas Partners and Dorr-Oliver.

Jim is a graduate of Quinnipiac College and the University of New Haven.
