As Senior Vice President in Internal Audit, Gabe is responsible for planning and executing financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate internal controls, adherence to company policies and procedures, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards including the Sarbanes-Oxley act. Gabe oversees all aspects of internal audit (IA) and IT projects.

Prior to joining CODI in 2008, Gabe was with Cohn Reznick, Youth Consultation Services, and Ehrenkrantz & Company CPA’s.

Gabe is a graduate of the University of Hartford and a New Jersey CPA.
