Carrie is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s legal matters, including all regulatory and compliance programs. She provides support to the CFO and his staff with respect to the firm’s periodic reporting and other obligations as a publicly traded entity. She also provides legal M&A support to the Investment Team.

Prior to joining CODI in 2006, Carrie was with Patton Boggs LP.

Carrie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.

ESG Committee:

As a member of the ESG committee, Carrie is responsible for driving the Company’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and sustainability as relevant to the Company.

Cybersecurity Committee Member:

As a member of the Cybersecurity Committee, Carrie is responsible for driving our commitment to uphold the security and integrity of our systems, networks, databases, and applications, working to protect our stakeholders’ data and our company’s resilience.
