As Manager – Internal Audit, Barbara is responsible for performing risk assessments, SOX audits, and all other aspects of internal audit engagements.

Prior to joining CODI in 2019, Barbara was with Whiting Petroleum Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and EY LLP.

Barbara is a graduate of Makerere University Kampala.
