CODI Team

Phelan is a member of the Investment Team.

As Principal, Phelan is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and working with CODI’s subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Compass in 2021, Phelan worked within H.I.G. Capital’s flagship LBO Fund and Oppenheimer & Co.’s Investment Banking Division as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Phelan is a graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
