CODI Team

As Corporate Controller, Morgan is responsible for all financial reporting for the portfolio companies as well as for CODI. This includes reviewing, analyzing, and vetting monthly financial reports for each of the portfolio companies, as well as submitting quarterly and annual public filings with the SEC. 

Prior to joining CODI in 2018, Morgan was with Insero & Co., CPAs. 

Morgan is a graduate of St. John Fisher College.
