As Vice President of Finance, Jen is responsible for providing the internal finance department assistance with accounting, taxation and banking functions. 

Prior to joining CODI in 2016, Jen was with Arrowhead Investment Management LLC and Goldman Sachs. 

Jen is a graduate of William Paterson University.
