Anne Cavassa was named CEO and appointed as a director to PrimaLoft’s Board in January 2024. Before that, she was President of PrimaLoft (Nov 2023-Jan 2024). Before coming to PrimaLoft, Ms. Cavassa was President of Saucony (May 2018-May 2023). Prior to that she was at Brooks Sports Inc., as SVP, Chief Customer Experience Officer (2015-2017), and as VP Global Apparel (2013-2017). At The Timberland Company, Ms. Cavassa held the position of Sr Director of North America Merchandising (2010-2012) and she was the GM of US Retail for Nike (2007-2009). She also held various design and merchandising leadership roles at Ibex Outdoor Clothing, Eastern Mountain Sports, Reebok, Tommy Bahama, and Eddie Bauer (1995-2009).  She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
