Troy R. Brown (“Troy”) was appointed to the Board of Directors of 5.11, Inc. in December 2019. In January 2024, he became 5.11’s CEO. Mr. Brown retired as the President North America of Zumiez Inc. in March 2023, a position he held since March 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Brown was Zumiez Inc.’s Executive Vice President of Ecommerce and Omni-Channel (August 2012 to March 2017) and the Senior Vice President of Ecommerce (September 2008 to August 2012). Prior to Zumiez, Inc., Mr. Brown was the Director of Ecommerce at Tommy Bahama Group, Inc. (February 2007 to August 2008). Mr. Brown has also held various management roles at Expedia, Inc., Eddie Bauer LLC, Nautica Inc, and Zion’s Co-operative Mercantile Institution.
