As Senior Director of Financial Reporting, Sarah is responsible for preparing and managing all quarterly, annual, and current filings with the SEC as well as technical accounting research and assistance with the implementing new accounting standards.

Prior to joining CODI in 2018, Sarah was with Bed, Bath & Beyond, Tumi Holdings, J. Mendel, and Grant Thornton LLP.

Sarah is a graduate of Fordham University.
