Jill assists with regulatory and compliance matters. Her primary focus is supporting the CCO with respect to the firm’s registered investment advisor compliance programs. She also provides legal support to the Investment Team and portfolio companies including contract review and employment matters.

Prior to joining CODI in 2013, Jill was with Ritter & Randolph, LLP.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
