Michael Joyce has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of PrimaLoft, Inc. since its formation in 2012. Michael was previously the President of the Applied Technology Group at Albany International Corp., the former parent company of the PrimaLoft Product line. As the President of the Applied Technology Group, Michael led three global businesses including PrimaLoft. In 2012 the PrimaLoft management team at Albany International formed PrimaLoft, Inc. and purchased PrimaLoft from Albany International in partnership with Prudential Capital Partners L.P.

Prior to PrimaLoft Michael spent 17 years at Albany International serving in a wide variety of roles including, Group Vice President of Paper Machine Clothing Americas; Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Application; and Global Product Manager.

He received a B.S. in Textile Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
