Meet the
CODI Team

Carrie is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s legal matters, including all regulatory and compliance programs. She provides support to the CFO and his staff with respect to the firm’s periodic reporting and other obligations as a publicly traded entity. She also provides legal M&A support to the Investment Team.

Prior to joining CODI in 2006, Carrie was with Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP.

Carrie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
