As Compliance Specialist, Suzie is responsible for conducting audits and tests to ensure SOX compliance. 

Prior to joining CODI in 2009, Suzie was with Faulkner and Stevens, Fifth Third Bank and Arthur Andersen. 

Suzie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
