As a Junior ESG Analyst, Leoni supports the company’s ESG initiatives.  Leoni started at Compass Diversified in 2023 as an ESG Intern.  Prior to that, she worked at the Aquarium of the Pacific and Ingram Micro.
Leoni is a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, where she studied Environmental Science and Policy.
