Terry joins Altor Solutions as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board. Prior to joining Altor Solutions, he served as the President and CEO of private equity owned, Alpha Packaging from 2018-2021. After three and a half years as CEO, he oversaw the highly successful private equity transaction and exit.

Before his time at Alpha Packaging, he was the CEO (2016-2018) and a Board Member of the North America Division (2018-2021) for Fives Group and Fives Inc. Previously Terry served as Senior Vice President of Business Integration for Colfax/ESAB Corporation from 2014-2016, Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Victor Technologies International Company from 2007-2014, and Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Vice President of TDA-TDP for Americas and Europe, a division of Videocon Industries from 2005-2007.

In his 35-year career, Terry has held numerous high-level management and leadership positions within various industrial and manufacturing businesses including the aerospace, cutting and welding equipment, and video and media fields. He holds a BS degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from the ITT Technical Institute College, and several advanced certifications including Six Sigma, DOE, and Value Creation.
