Dan is currently CEO and President of Arnold Magnetic Technologies Corporation.  He also sits on the board of directors.

Previously, Dan served as CEO for Huskie Tools LLC from 2015 - 2016 and as President, CEO and Executive Chairman for Jameson LLC from 2012 to 2016. Previously, Dan served as Executive Chairman of CamelBak, from 2005 to 2011. During that period, Dan also served as Senior Advisor to Irving Place Capital regarding various strategic, operational and financial matters for several companies including Transamerica Auto Parts.

Before joining Irving Place Capital, Dan was a Managing Director at AlixPartners, served as the Chairman, President & CEO for Russell-Stanley Holdings, a Managing Director with Vestar Resources, President of Harding Service Corporation, and he held various executive financial positions with Dresser Industries and affiliates of Forstmann Little & Co.
