Tom currently serves as Executive Chairman of Velocity Outdoor.

For more than 30 years, Tom has led brands that serve passionate outdoor and performance-minded enthusiasts.  His experience includes President and CEO of K&N Engineering, President and CEO of Spyder Active Sports, President and CEO of Motorsport After Market Group.  Tom also served for many years as President of Burton Snowboards.

Tom currently serves as the Chairman of Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, an organization that provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.
